Who We Are

Our passion is who we are

Paul Oslund,Technical Director

JOI was founded upon 3 pillars

We Deliver Revolutionary User Experiences

We passionately believe in delivering revolutionary user experiences. We know… 'revolutionary' is a strong word.

Anyone can deliver “good service” on time and on budget. To us 'revolutionary' means catapulting beyond established principles and standards, changing the paradigm of “customer service”. We don’t create “satisfied customers” or “repeat business” - we cultivate loyal friendships; personal relationships in a business atmosphere.

This revolutionary passion permeates every level of our organization; our vision, our team, our products and our services…even our coffee.

Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends."

- Walt Disney

We Create Extraordinary Products

It begins with listening. Collaborating and identifying with our clients; asking good questions and refining the vision.

Then — we deliver.

JOI, as a team, has perfected the process of transforming creative thought into extraordinary products.

This process is not just “work-flow” or “best practice”. It’s our culture. It’s how we live.

Be undeniably good. No marketing effort or social media buzzword can be a substitute for that."

- Anthony Volodkin, Founder, The Hype Machine

We Give Back

Being grateful to live our passion, we fundamentally believe that we have a responsibility to give back. Gratitude is an action word. Whether in local communities or the global village, the cliché that “you have to give to get” is not what fuels our charity initiatives. We just believe that is the right thing to do, and we populate our team with humans that believe the same.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has"
