Pheak is an experienced veteran when it involves web and graphic design. He has already assumed such roles as team leader and lead designer in his seven years of experience. In his previous roles, Pheak worked alongside some of North America's most recognized brands including EnCana, Shell Canada, Total E&P Canada, Telus, ATB Financial, Bank of Nova Scotia, among others. Mentoring employees for a former employer, Pheak is constantly learning and teaching new skills.

Hafiz developed effective communication skills and techniques while working as a Sales Representative at one of Canada's major banks. His experience has taught him the value of customer service, which he practices to the utmost degree in all of his dealings. Hafiz earned a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science degree from the University of Calgary.

Brock has developed strong analytic abilities working as a research analyst at an equity research firm focused on the oil and natural gas sector. The due diligence and attention to detail required at his current position are a valuable asset to JOI Media. Brock graduated from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Finance, and is currently a Level II Candidate in the CFA program.

Gilbert has developed his client relations and managerial skills through his experience in the capital markets sector through his Investment Banking Analyst and Research Associate positions. To those that are not familiar to the industry it is characterized by long demanding hours and tight deadlines where project management and time management are of the utmost importance. Gilbert graduated from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary with a combined Bachelor of Commerce degree in Risk Management & Finance, and is currently a Level III Candidate in the CFA program.

Danny developed integral leadership and project management skills while working as an operations engineer at one of Canada's major oil & gas companies. His daily drilling and completions operations required him to constantly problem solve, think outside the box, and pay attention to detail. These skills make Danny a great addition to the JOI Media team. Danny graduated from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with distinction, and is currently a Level III Candidate in the CFA program.

Ali's field engineering and exploitation engineering roles at one of Canada's major oil & gas companies have increased his leadership and supervisory skills. Furthermore, his daily interactions with internal and external teams have taught him the value of organization and business relationships. Ali graduated from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, and is currently a Level III Candidate in the CFA program.

Mike's experience at one of North American's major accounting firms has allowed him to gain strong analytical and auditing abilities working as a consultant in enterprise risk. Mike's knowledge of accounting standards & guidelines and financial reporting at his current position are a valuable asset to JOI Media. Mike graduated from the Bissett School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Accounting, and is currently pursuing his Chartered Accountant designation at the Chartered Accountant School of Business.

Paul is in charge of developing the functionality of the websites we create. On the forefront of the cutting edge with a Bachelor's Degree in New Media, Paul is an expert at keeping ideas for interactivity fresh and exciting; while being able to back up his ideas with slick coding skills and abilities.

Steven developed his analytical experience working as a Regulatory analyst for the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA). At the UCA he reviewed all the Alberta utility companies and audited them to make sure they complied with Alberta regulations. Steven graduated from the University of Calgary with an Economics degree with a specialty in Regulatory Economics.

Smooth, charming, and looks good in a suit; Matthew is none of these things. But when it comes to marketing, he is brilliant. Matthew does advertising and promotions for JOI Media where he refines communication content so that the right message gets delivered. Also, he graduated from the University of Lethbridge where he majored in marketing.

With extensive and creative professional experience, Sheryse has also gained knowledge throughout her education taking Business Administration, major in Marketing. She brings ideas to JOI Media in attempt for the company to be recognized, distinguished and differentiated. As a Marketing Specialist, Sheryse analyzes other companies and seeks maximum potential that JOI Media can show. Determined as she is to enhance JOI's capabilities, she is still growing and learning. Along with Marketing, Sheryse takes part in Public Relations and Advertising efforts for the company.
